Paul is an internationally recognized expert in back-office systems for the pay television, wireline, wireless, and media industries. Before and since founding Spectralliance, he was a senior IT executive in the Pay TV and media industries acting as the CIO or CTO of six US and international companies ranging in size from raw start-up to billion-dollar international telecom operators.
 

Frustrated with the traditional consulting company approaches, Paul co-founded Spectralliance with the goal of creating the world best B/OSS resource organization by recruiting "best of the best" talent from around the world.
 

Spectralliance's clients ranged from software providers like Amdocs, RackSpace, IBM to some of the largest telecom and media companies in the world like Fox, Charter, T-Mobile, and Liberty Global. Paul worked on OSS/BSS systems in 30+ countries and served on many company boards over the past 25 years.
 

His specialty is working at the CEO, COO, and CIO levels, helping media and telecom organizations with back office software design, IT strategy, product selection, IT product design, competitive analysis, contracting, acquisition diligence, total IT organization transformation, large-scale project management, and outsourcing matters.
